Support For High-Resolution Displays (Preview Is Too Big)

If Preview mode appears too large to view, you may need to adjust the display size of your screen.

By default, some 1080p touchscreen devices (often with Windows 10) show text and other items at 150%, and Smilebox preview does not work well at that size. To fix the problem, follow these steps:

  1. Open Screen Resolution by swiping in from the right edge of the screen, tapping Search (or hit the Windows button), entering Display in the search box, tapping or clicking Settings, and then choosing Display

This can also be found under
Control Panel > Appearance and Personalization > Display

  2. Tap or click Smaller - 100% (default). Then tap or click Apply.

  3. To see the new text size, close all of your apps, and then sign out of Windows. The change will take effect the next time you sign in.
