How do I contact Smilebox support?

Otherwise, you can "Submit a Request" to our customer support team. The link is present at the bottom of each article.

In order to help us locate your Smilebox account, please provide the following details:

1. Email Address used to create Smilebox account
2. Full Name on the credit card
3. Date and amount of the last charge

We do not offer telephone support but have great success with our online support. 

The Smilebox Customer Support team works Monday - Fridays, during business hours 9 am - 6 pm (GMT+2).

We aim to answer all requests, sent during these times, within 24 hours.

**Response time to emails sent during weekends or on public holidays may be longer.**
