Mac 64 Bit Error Message: Accessing Your Creations After Installing the macOS Catalina Update

The Smilebox software was updated to meet the 64-bit regulations. Mac users who installed macOS Catalina are experiencing issues logging in from their desktop. 

You may have received the following error/connectivity messages.

Our development team is working on resolving this issue.

In the meantime; please click on the following link, to access your shared creations from your, 'My Account' page: https://secure.smilebox.com/myaccount/login.jsp

Once you are logged in, you will be able to view your shared creations under the Share Activity tab.

From here you can click on SHARE or SEND AGAIN.

We suggest that you download your creations to your pc, by clicking on the DOWNLOAD link under the creation and following the instructions on the screen.

Smilebox creations are saved as video files, .avi or .mov,  on your computer.

You can find all your Smilebox videos in the following location;

Mac: <User>/Movies/My Smilebox Videos.

You can then share your video and transfer it to other computers.
