I set up an online account, why can I no longer access my software account?

Sarah Abda -

Once you set up an online account, you will have enabled cookies to view it. Enabling cookies for the online application is set up to prevent you from accessing the Software website.

If you have accounted for both, they may experience some difficulty accessing your software account.

However, the software is set up on the computer you downloaded it on and therefore you do not need to go online to access it. Once you downloaded it, you should see aa Smilebox icon saved to your desktop and saved on your computer simply click on the icon and the program will open.

Your saved creations are stored locally on the computer you used to make them. Only shared creations (sent or posted) can be accessed remotely since they are stored under the Share Activity of your Account page.
