I set up a new online account, why can I no longer access the software?

Sarah Abda -

To set up an online account, you enable cookies to be able to view it. Enabling cookies for the online application prevents access to online material for the old software.

If you have an account for both applications, you may experience some difficulty accessing your software if you do so online.

To avoid this problem, your Smilebox software account is saved to your computer. In order to access it, you do not need to go online. You can open it directly from your computer. You should see a Smilebox icon saved to your desktop, simply click on the icon and the program will open.

Your saved creations are also stored locally on your computer. Only shared creations (sent or posted) can be accessed online, since they are stored under the Share Activity of your Account page.
