Smilebox turns black and the program freezes - How do I fix this?

Please close Smilebox and follow the steps below to resolve this issue.

Step 1: Open Internet Explorer and the Delete Browsing History Window

Launch Internet Explorer (even if this is not your preferred browser) and hold "Ctrl + Shift + Del" to open the Delete Browsing History window.

You can also access this screen by going to Settings > Internet Options > and click "Delete..." under "Browsing history" in the General Category.

 

Step 2: Uncheck "Preserve Favorites website data"

Make sure that this selection is unchecked and then click "Delete" (shown below).

Once this is successfully completed, you will see the following message at the bottom of the IE window.

Close Internet Explorer and try opening Smilebox again.
