Steps to Cancel
You can also cancel by logging in to your Account page at http://my.smilebox.com and following the steps below. Please be sure to complete all steps to ensure your cancellation is complete.
Under Membership, click on Change Membership or Billing and you will see the following screens to cancel your Club Smilebox subscription.
Next, click Cancel Club Smilebox Membership to start the cancellation process.
Here, there are 4 steps you must complete to cancel your account. The first is shown below.
On Step 4, you will receive a cancellation confirmation number.
If you have trouble or you do not know the email address of your account, please send an email to email@example.com and include the following information so we can quickly assist you with cancellation.
- Name of the credit card owner
- Last 4 digits of the credit card charged
- Date and amount of the last charge
