Sign in using the email address of the account you wish to cancel. If you used a Paypal account to join Smilebox, please see the Paypal users section.
Forgot your password?
If either your email address or password is incorrect, you will get a "Login Failed" message. If you have forgotten your account password, see our related article: How do I change/update my password?
PayPal users must cancel their subscription directly through PayPal. Please go to www.PayPal.com, log in to your account and follow the steps in this article: How can I cancel my Paypal Smilebox subscription?
If you have trouble or you do not know the email address of your account, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and include the following information so we can quickly assist you with cancellation.
- Name of the credit card owner
- Last 4 digits of the credit card charged
- Date and amount of the last charge
- Billing address of the card owner

You can also cancel by logging in to your account at http://my.smilebox.com and following the steps below. Please be sure to complete all steps to ensure your cancellation is complete.
Click on “Edit my account information or password” and you will see the following screens to cancel your Club Smilebox subscription.
On Step 4, you will receive a cancellation confirmation number.
