Sign in using the email address of the account you wish to cancel.
You can also cancel by logging in to your Account page at https://secure.smilebox.com/myaccount/ and following the steps below.
Under Membership, click on Change Membership or Billing and you will see the following screens to cancel your Club Smilebox subscription.
Next, click "Cancel Club Smilebox Membership" to start the cancellation process.
We have a few questions as part of the cancellation process. Please complete them to cancel your account.
You will receive a cancellation confirmation number and email confirmation.
**Please be sure to complete all steps to ensure your cancellation is complete.**

If you have trouble canceling or you do not know the email address of your account, please Submit a Request and include the following information so we can quickly assist you with cancellation;
- Name on the credit card charged
- Last 4 digits of the credit card charged
- Date and amount of the last charge
