To check your Club Smilebox subscription status, log in to your account and go to the Account Information Page and follow the steps below;
If you need a receipt for your recent Club Smilebox subscription charge, please submit a request.
You can access your Account page in one of two ways:
Go to http://my.smilebox.com
Click on the My Account link in the Smilebox program (see below)
To check your account subscription status, click the Membership section.
Please note: Many customers have multiple accounts with different email addresses (free and/or premium).
If you would like to switch your subscription type, click Change Membership or Billing.
