To check your Club Smilebox subscription status, log in to your Account Information Page and follow the steps below.
If you need an receipt for your recent Club Smilebox subscription charge, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You can access your Account page in one of two ways:
Go to http://my.smilebox.com
Click on the My Account link in the Smilebox program (see below)
To check your account subscription status, click the Membership section.
Please note: Many customers have multiple accounts with different email addresses (free and/or premium). If you need further assistance, please email email@example.com.
If you would like to switch your subscription type, click Change Membership or Billing.
