To sign in to your Smilebox account, please follow the directions below. For help signing out, scroll to the end of this article.
Once you have created an account, Smilebox will automatically sign you in each time you open the application.
Please note: Smilebox runs on your computer so you don't need to go to our website to open it once the program is installed.
Step 1: Open the Smilebox program and click "Sign In"
Open Smilebox from your programs list or by double-clicking the icon on your desktop. Once the program is open, click "Sign In" to log in to your account.
Step 2: Sign in to your account
You will be prompted to input your email address and password. Please use the email address you used originally to sign up. If you need your password reset, simply press "Click here to reset it!" next to "Forgot your password?". If you need help finding the email address your account is under, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or submit a request above.
After opening the program, if you are prompted to sign up for an account instead of signing in, you can click "Already have a Smilebox account? Click here to sign in" to sign in to your existing account.
Please note that the password is case-sensitive, so you need to enter it the same way you did when you originally set it.
Step 3: Start creating!
Once you are signed in, you will see a link to My Account displayed next to the Help button in the upper right-hand corner (see below).
If you don't have a Smilebox account, you can easily create one by filling out the form shown below.
Unless you are on a shared computer, you do not need to sign out of your account when you are finished using Smilebox. You can simply close the program and it will sign you back in automatically next time you start the program.
If you'd like to sign out of your account, simply click the "Not You?" button in the upper right-hand corner.
