To add additional email addresses to an already shared creation:
- Open your Event Central page (RSVP page)
- Click "Edit Event" in the right-hand corner
- Select “Invite More Guests”.
Please add the additional email addresses to the "TO" box, separated by a comma.
If you want the guest name to appear on the list (instead of partial email address), please use the following format:
"Guest 1" <email(at)address.com>, "Guest 2" <email(at)address.com>
- You can enter in a given time not more than 200 email addresses to the "TO" box.
- You will not have access to the Smilebox address book while entering the email addresses to the "TO" box, when you use our "Invite More Guests" feature.
- It is not possible in one click adding multiple email addresses to the “TO” box. If you have multiple email addresses stored in an another application (example Excel or Notepad), using key board short cuts you can copy (Ctrl C) and paste (Ctrl V) it to the "TO" box. Please make sure to add comma in between the email addresses.
